Immediately recycle any paper you're finished with in a dedicated recycling bin

Create an In/Out box for important papers/must-dos with a file sorter or letter tray 

File away important papers with a file cabinet and labelled folders

Find frequently-used papers easily with file boxes, accordion file folders, and zip folios

Poppin Tip: The simpler the organization system, the more likely you are to stick with it! Find a system that works for you and set aside 5 minutes every day to keep your papers organized.

To-Dos

Consolidate important information and meeting notes into one notebook or padfolio

Eliminate easy-to-lose sticky notes and scraps of paper with one designated desk pad 

Organize priorities at the beginning of every day with an eye-level to-do list

PoppinTip: Identify priorities by filling in the blank: "If I do ____ today, today will be a success." Once you fill in the blank make it number one on your to do list.
