This past Monday, in celebration of it being Monday, we played mixologists. But only with ingredients starting with the letter P.

Luke, our TGIM host, came up with the idea to design some POPtails, and crafted this awesome invite and menu…

Using only the ingredients listed in the image above we went about creating a signature Poppin cocktail. We were surprised by how many good ones we were actually able to come up with. Here are some of the results…

Prissy in Pink by Jackie: Peach Schnaps, Pear Juice, Procesco and Pink Citrus Lemonade (in equal parts).

Faux [Diet] Coke by Meredith: Prosecco and Pink Lemonade with a splash of Pimms.

The Ish by Luke: Peach Schnaps, Pom (Pomegranate Juice) and Pims topped with Perrier

Poppin Punch by Chris: Prosecco, OJ (don’t know how they slipped in there!), Pomegranate Juice and Peach Schnaps
