This colorful and yummy confection of a snack-shop recently opened their first location in my neighborhood, the Village. Naturally, I saw the work POP and a rainbow of sweet colors through the glass storefront and was drawn in, the place was just calling my name. Since it’s winter and pretty cold here in New York City, I went with the Hot Chocolate on a Stick. And it is just… UNREAL. BEYOND. Totally AMAZING.

On top of the adorable first shop and delicious Hot Chocolate Pop, the website is pretty fantastic, complete with a “Pop Menu,” “Pop Facts,” and a special link for us “POPAHOLICS” (I may have to borrow that last term sometime). I particularly like the “Color My Pop” and “Pop Dictionary” categories.
