Happy Independence Day pop-heads! In celebration, lets chat about your independence for a moment. ‘But I have it together,’ you say. ‘I am an adult, free and liberated.’ Well done and hooray! But what about independence in work? Not an oxymoron, we swear. Independence in work is just as important as independence in other aspects of life. It means setting boundaries between your job and personal life and it means carving out time for you as a person that is completely separate from you as an employee.
